| 摘 要： | 在调查2001年-2007年山东省主要污染物排放量的前提下,分析了各种污染物排放强度的变化趋势,探索了主要污染物排放量与经济发展之间的关系,并以此为突破口找出调整产业结构、加快节能技术创新、加强节能减排管理、大力发展循环经济等节能减排、降低污染物排放强度的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of the pollutants in Shandong Province from 2001 to 2007,the emission intensity was analyzed.The trend analysis showed that although the major pollutants in Shandong Province appeared a upward trend in emissions,the emission intensity is decline overall.All those showed that Shandong Province has achieved some success in energy-saving emission reduction.Pollutant emissions are often related to the economic development.Through excavate the deep economic root whitch causes environmental problems,Shandong Province come up with the control of discharge of major pollutants in Shandong Province countermeasures.The measures involved adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,accelerating innovation of energy-saving technologies,strengthening management of energy-saving emission reduction,vigorously developing the circular economy,etc. |
