黑龙江省自然保护区现状及发展研究

自然保护是全人类关注的焦点问题.黑龙江省自然保护区始建于1958年,到二十世纪八十年代以后得到了迅速发展,目前,自然保护区类型多样、分布广泛、数量和面积逐年增加.这些自然保护区对保护该省有代表性的生态系统、野生动植物资源、自然遗迹等自然资源起到了重要作用.但是,自然保护区在建设和管理上还存在许多问题.本文详细分析了自然保护区的数量、面积、分布、类型等自然现状和管理现状以及目前存在的问题,提出了自然保护区的发展目标和相应的保护措施及管理对策.

Study on the Current Situataion and Development of Natural Reserves in Heilongjiang

Natural protection is a hot topic concerned all over the world.The first natural reserve in Heilongjiang was founded in 1958.They have been developed and changed rapidly since 1980's.The types,distributions and quantities are increasing with the building of natural reserves in Heilongjiang province.Natural reserves play an important role in conservation of environmental and natural resources,such as ecosystem,wild lives and natural relics.But there are still many problems in construction and administration of natural reserves.This paper gives a detailed discussion on the current nature and management situation and problems of natural reserves in Heilongjiang.It looks into the developing tendencies of natural reserves.Major solutions to solve these problems are introduced in this paper as well.
