摘    要:介绍了南海区铝型材熔铸企业反射炉烟气污染和治理现状;从经济与技术可行性方面,对四家不同试点企业反射炉烟气治理工程概况及治理效果进行了对比分析与探讨,为铝型材熔铸企业反射炉烟气治理工艺选择提供了参考。最后从使用先进炉型及清洁燃料、加强管理及末端烟气治理等几方面,提出了铝型材熔铸企业反射炉烟气污染防治对策。

Abstract:The pollution and treatment status of the flue gas from reverberatory furnace of aluminum casting plants in Nanhai District have been presented.After comparing and analyzing the summary and treatment effect of the four different treatment process,some proposals of how to choose treatment process are put forward.At last,some pollution prevention measures of the flue gas from reverberatory furnace are put forward in accordance with the reverberatory furnace type,clean fuel,management and treatment of the flue...
