摘    要:随着自动化以及信息化水平的提高,水质自动监测技术在环境管理中日益体现出快速便捷、信息量大、代表性强的优势。近十年,地表水水质自动监测系统的建设和应用在各地得到了长足的发展,通过强化水质自动监测系统运行管理、创新运维模式、加强数据质控管理,确保了水质自动监测系统运行稳定、数据准确可靠等,为地表水水质自动监测系统在政府环保责任目标考核、流域生态补偿、总量减排、监控预警等环境管理工作发挥着El益重要的作用。

Abstract:With the improvement of automation and informationization, water quality automatic monitoring technology gradual- ly showed its advantages of rapid processing, rich data and representativeness in environmental management. In recent ten years, the construction and application of surface water quality automatic monitoring system developed rapidly in Henan Province. Stable and data accuracy for automatic water quality monitoring system was ensured through strengthening the management of water quali- ty automatic monitoring system, innovating operational mode and strengthening the management of data quality control. The sur- face water quality automatic monitoring system will play an increasingly important role in the environmental management in the terms of of governmental environmental responsibility assessment, river basin ecological compensation, total emission reduction, monitoring, early warning system and so on.
