| 摘 要： | 文章分析了模糊层次综合评价的方法，并应用模糊层次综合评价法，对溆浦县小城镇生态环境建设进行了二级模糊综合评价，得出如下结论：溆浦县小城镇生态化总体程度偏低，其中经济生态系统和社会生态系统指标明显低于自然生态系统指标，说明阻碍制约溆浦县生态小城镇建设的主要因素在于社会经济发展相对落后。
