| 摘 要： | 公众参与环境保护既是中国环保事业发展的内在要求，也有其相应的理论基础和实践意义。中国目前的生态环境虽然有了一定程度的发展，但要全面解决环境保护过程中存在的问题，还有待于进一步调动公众参与的积极性和主动性。本文分析了中国环境保护公众参与的现状及存在的问题，提出了提高中国环境保护公众参与水平的对策和建议。
