| 摘 要： | 森林不仅为社会提供多种物质产品，同时在维持地球生命支持系统，提供生态服务方面发挥重要作用。但由于其生态效益外部性和公共物品的特性，难以通过传统的市场实现其经济价值。如何通过适当的措施将森林外部性内部化。部分或全部实现森林生态效益的价值，是亟待解决的问题，也是当前的研究热点问题之一。在综合分析大量文献的基础上，理清森林生态效益补偿的概念，详细阐速了国内外森林生态效益补偿方面的研究现状，分析了该领域已经取得的成果以及存在的不足，并提出了我国今后森林生态效益补偿制度工作的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Forests provide valuable ecosystem services to society, many of which are external to conventional forest valuation. The economic values of forest ecosystem services are increasingly being included in forest valuation. Them is much work being done in the field of ecological economics to advance the measurement techniques used to valuate forest ecosystem services. This paper reviews the existing literature and discusses the current status of compensation for forest ecosystem services in China. Theories and international experiences are assessed for implementation within China and recommendations are presented. |
