| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省是一个资源大省,过去几十年来多以资源初级开发为省内主要经济支柱,企业大多延袭传统的经营和管理模式,因此延长产业链条、走循环经济道路是本省未来经济发展的途径.大庆红岗区是大庆市主要工业区,本文论述了红岗区利用石油资源,创建生态工业园区的必要性.

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang province is rich in resource.In the past several decades,the early stage of exploitation is the province's economic mainstay.Enterprises are mostly in traditional managmement pattern.So,the way of economic development in the future in Heilongjiang province is to prolong the industry chain and take the cyclic economy road.Honggang is the mainly industry area in Daqing City.This paper states the necessity of founding ecological industry estate using oil resources in Honggang. |
