化学沉淀法处理有机胺废水的实验研究

摘    要:用化学沉淀法对厌氧处理后有机胺废水中的氨氮进行处理研究,考察pH、n(Mg^2+):n(NH4^+)、n(PO4^3-):n(NH4^+)、反应时间等影响因素。结果表明,在pH=10,反应时间10min,n(Mg):n(N):n(P)=1.2:1:1.2时氨氮由659.03mg/L降至58.52mg/L,去除效率达到91.12%。

Abstract:The Chemical precipitation method was used to remove the ammonia - nitrogen of organic amine Wastewater treated by anaerobic techniques. Some factors like pH, n( Mg^2+ ) : n( NH4^+ ), n(PO4^3- ) : n(NH4^+ ), reaction time etc were examined. The results indicated that at conditions of pH10, reaction time lasting 10 min and n( Mg^2+ ) : n( NH4^+ ) : n( PO4^3- ) = 1.2 : 1 : 1.2, the ammonia nitrogen was reduced from 659. 03 mg/L to 58. 52 mg/L with removal rate up to 91.12%.
