摘    要:建立了顶空进样-气相色谱法测定水中吡啶的分析方法。选择氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,用保留时间定性,外标法定量。吡啶质量浓度在0.2 mg/L 5.0 mg/L范围内有良好的线形关系,相关系数为0.999 5,检出限为0.03 mg/L。三组吡啶溶液的相对标准偏差分别为4.27%、2.13%、1.68%,加标回收率在78.0 95.3之间。该方法分离度高,精密度、检测灵敏度高,线性相关性强,符合GB 3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》的要求。同时还具有预处理简便,分析速度快,干扰少等优点。

Abstract:In this paper,the method of determining pyridine in water by headspace-capillary GC-FID is developed.This method took retention time as the quality method and external standard as the quantity method which turned out to be correct.The correlation coefficient is 0.999 5 in the range of pyridine's concentration from 0.2 to 5.0 mg/L.The method detection limit is 0.03 mg/L,the RSD was 1.39%~4.26%,and the recovery rate of spiked sample ranges from 78.0%~95.3%.This method has high chromatographic resolution,favor...
