| 摘 要： | 长江岸线作为沿江区域开发的依托资源,在开发利用中存在诸多问题。以实现安徽长江岸线资源的合理、高效开发为目的,应用3S技术、综合分析法、限制因素法,分析评价岸线资源条件,并从开发现状、存在问题以及开发方向入手,确定今后长江岸线开发的三大主体功能:满足生态保护、提高生活质量、提升沿岸生产能力的生态、生产和生活三大功能,提出"生态-生产-生活"功能协调的长江岸线资源开发模式,并进一步提出皖江岸线资源开发规划管理建议,试图为皖江岸线资源合理开发利用提供科学依据。
