化工项目环境监理实践与研究

建设项目环境监理是中国环境管理制度的一个组成部分,目前尚处于试点阶段,环境监理的管理体系还有待进一步完善.结合化工项目的特点,归纳总结了对化工项目实施环境监理的主要内容和工作方法,阐述了环境监理在项目设计阶段、施工阶段、试生产阶段应重点关注的内容,全过程监理项目在实施过程中是否落实了环境影响评价及批复提出的环保措施并提出反馈意见.同时,指出了化工项目环境监理的重点,为化工项目的环境监理,提供一定的借鉴.

Practice and Discussion of Environment Supervision about Chemical Project

As a part of the environmental management system , the environmental supervision of construction projects is now in its experimental stage, with needs of further perfection in terms of managerial system.Through the characteristics of chemical pro-ject, the contents and methods of environmental supervision were summarized .The important content in design stage , construction stage, trial production stage of chemical project were expounded.Also, the emphasis of environmental supervision about chemical project was pointed out.It may provide a good reference for the environment supervision of chemical project.
