台州市流域水环境承载力研究

摘    要:采用指标体系评价法研究台州市椒江水系和金清河网水环境承载力,选取了水资源开发利用水平、经济社会发展水平、环境纳污水平、环境保护与治理水平四大类17个评价指标,通过层次分析法对椒江水系、金清河网两大流域水环境承载力现状进行评价,研究结果表明两大流域现状水环境承载力综合指数分别为0.7644和0.5808,属于山溪型流域的椒江水系水环境承载力能力远大于平原河网型的金清河网.并进一步设置了四种中远期情景方案,预测不同发展模式下水环境承载力变化情况,结果表明四种方案对提高流域水环境承载力贡献大小关系为:方案2>方案3>方案4>方案1,提高环保投入、加强环境治理水平的方案对流域水环境承载力提升最有利.

Abstract:Using the index system method research of water environment carrying capacity of taizhou jiaojiang river and JinQin river. we chose four categories, including the level of utilization of water resources, development of social-economic, water envi-ronmental capacity, environmental protection and management,17 evaluation indexes to estimate the water environmental carrying capacity of these two drainages by analytic hierarchy analysis. Furthermore, four schemes were setup for the speculation of the en-vironmental capacity under varies of Mid-long-term development modes. The results show that the capacity of water environ-ment carrying capacity in JiaoJiang was 0. 7644,and 0. 5808 in JinQin River. The contributions for the water environmental capac-ity strengthening of the four schemes were followed as the order:S2 > S3 > S4 > S1. The most favourable to improve water envi-ronmental carrying capacity of river was improve the level of environmental protection investment andb strengthen environmental management plan.
