Discussion on Contents and Key Points of Construction Projects Environmental Supervision

Environmental supervision is an important supplementary for environmental impact assessment（EIA） and ＂three simultaneous＂ of construction project.It has positive effects on strengthening the whole process management and enhancing the effectiveness and integrity of EIA.However,the environmental supervision is still in the pilot stage.The position,role and scope of environmental supervision are ambiguous.The meaning of environmental supervision was discussed including the term,work processes,work systems and methods.The key points of environmental supervision for industrial and ecological projects were introduced.This paper provides guidance and basis for the relevant departments and units to carry out the work of environmental supervision.
