超声粉碎-TOC/TN仪法直接测定污水处理厂废水中的总氮

摘    要:污水处理厂废水经超声粉碎后,使用TOC/TN仪直接测定总氮。进样方式为带搅拌功能的自动进样,样品超声粉碎时间为30 min。处理前相对标准偏差小于2.35%,处理后相对标准偏差小于1.68%。处理前加标回收率为96.0%~98.5%,处理后加标回收率为94.5%~96.0%。检测限为0.050 mg/L。测定结果与国标法一致,两种方法的相对误差小于士1.3%。经t检验,两种方法的测定结果差异无统计学意义。方法简便、快速、无需复杂前处理。

Abstract:The total nitrogen of wastewater from wastewater treatment plants was directly detected by TOC/TN method after ultrasonic treatment.Sampling introduction methods is automatic sampling with stirring function,sample ultrasonic pulverization time is 30 min.Relative standard deviation is less than 2.35% before the treatment and less than 1.68% after the treatment.The recovery rate is 96%~98.5% before the treatment and 94.5%~96% after the treatment.Limit of detection was 0.02μg/ml.The results are consistent with the original method and relative error of the two methods is less than 1.3%.By T test,the different results of the two methods were not statistically significant.This method is simple,rapid and without complicated pretreatment.
