昆山市“十二五”环境监测发展规划的设想

昆山市环境监测站自成立以来,在各个方面都不断发展壮大,为昆山市环境保护工作作出了巨大贡献,但是由于缺少发展规划以及受发展环境制约等客观因素,在服务昆山经济发展和环境监管要求等方面还存在很多不足。通过对监测人员和内部机构设置、监测用房及实验室环境条件、监测设备与装备和监测业务能力等内容的分析,并对照全国环境监测站建设标准要求,指出了昆山市环境监测站目前的现状、发展中存在的不足和问题,并针对这些不足和问题,对"十二五"环境监测发展提出了初步的规划设想。

Kunshan Environment Monitoring Development Plan in 12th Five-year Plan

Kunshan Environmental Monitoring Station developed significantly in all aspects since its establishment,and made great contributions to environmental protection endeavor.Due to objective factors,such as,lack of development plan and full of environmental constraints,the station has many deficiencies in serving of the economic development and environmental regulatory requirements of Kunshan.Through analysis on monitoring personnel and internal structure,monitoring room and environmental conditions of laboratory,monitoring equipments and monitoring equipment and professional ability,the current shortcomings and problems were pointed out with reference to national construction requirements of environmental monitoring station construction.The preliminary plan for the development of environmental monitoring during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period（2011-2015）were put forward.
