惠州市大气环境容量核定技术研究

摘    要:利用惠州市环境监测站2002年的主要大气污染资料,以惠州市大气环境容量核定为例,通过污染气象调查、环境空气质量现状及污染源调查与评价、控制区确定等技术路线的实施,以A值法、ISC3模式预测法最终确定二氧化硫(SO2)、二氧化氮(NO2)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的环境容量。结果表明:惠州市现状大气环境容量分别为:SO25.544万t/a、NO210.842万t/a、PM1011.256万t/a。该研究成果可作为惠州市合理利用大气环境容量、实现经济建设与环境保护协调发展的技术依据。

Abstract:Based on the air pollution data in the year of 2002, the atmospheric environment capacity checking of Huizhou was taken as an example. Through the implementation of technical means such as researches on air pollution and meteorological condition, the investigation and evaluation of ambient air quality current situation and pollution sources, the confirmation of air quality control region and so on, and by use of A value technique and ISC3 model forecasting method, the atmospheric environment capacity of SO2, NO2 and PM10 ultimately was defined. The present atmospheric environment capacity of SO2 was 5. 544 × 10^4t/a, the capacity of NO2 was 10. 842 × 10^4t/a, and capacity of PM10 was 11. 256 × 10^4t/a in the result. The research provided important technical support for the reasonable usage of atmospheric environment capacity and the realization of economic and environmental protection coordinated development.
