摘    要:利用AS19阴离子交换分离柱,KOH淋洗液自动发生器,抑制型电导检测器,建立了测定多种水体中碘化物的离子色谱法.讨论了干扰及消除、色谱条件的优化,分析方法的线性与检出限、精密度、准确度等,并应用该方法对多种水体中碘化物进行了测定.结果表明:该方法不受水体中其他阴离子干扰,检出限低,线性范围宽,相关系数R2=0.999 9,精密度高,准确度好,操作简便可行,适用于多种水体中碘化物的测定.

Application of Ion Chromatography for Determination of Iodine in a variety of Water
Abstract:A method for determination of iodide in a variety of water by ion chromatography is presented.It was based on an IonPac AS19 Column with KOH as eluent and a conductive detector.This paper discussed the interference and elimination, the optimization of chromatographic conditions, the analysis methods of the linear and the detection limit, precision, accuracy, etc.This method was applied to determine iodide in a variety of water.The results show that this method is not subject to other anion interference, and it has low detection limits, wide linear range and good correlativity(R2 =0.999 9).The precision and accuracy were excellent.This method is simple and accurate.It was applicable to determine iodide in a variety of water.
