PTA废水厌氧处理工程实例类比研究

摘    要:文中介绍了PTA废水厌氧处理中目前国内普遍采用的厌氧(UASB)工艺.厌氧(UASB)工艺对PTA废水进行处理,不需要动力提供氧源,动力消耗低,可降低废水处理成本.厌氧(UASB)反应器的关键就是将反应器中的气固液进行三相分离,并保持反应器污泥的颗粒化.从工程实例的运行中概述了经典UASB反应器、新型UASB反应器和UASB Plus反应器的特点.

Abstract:This paper introduced PTA anaerobic wastewater treatment process that is widely used in domestic(UASB).There is no need to provide source power of oxygen with Anaerobic(UASB) process for PTA wastewater,which is decreasing power consumption and the cost of waste water treatment.The key factor of Anaerobic reactor(UASB) is the three-phase(gas solid liquid)separation reactor,and keeping granular sludge in the reactor.The characteristics of the classical U ASB reactor,a new U ASB reactor and UASB of Plus reactor were also discussed through engineering examples in the operation.
