摘    要:以自制HDTMA-粉煤灰沸石为吸附剂,对铬酸盐的吸附进行了实验研究。讨论了吸附剂的投入量、废水pH值、吸附温度和吸附时间等各因素对Cr(VI)去除率的影响。研究表明:pH值对Cr(VI)的吸附效率无显著影响,且在HDTMA-粉煤灰沸石的投加量为20 g/L、吸附温度为30℃、吸附时间为60 min的条件下,Cr(VI)的去除率可达90%左右。

Abstract:The adsorption of chromate onto HDTMA - zeolitized fly ash in water has been studied in this paper. The main factors, such as adding quantity of HDTMA - zeolitized fly ash, pH value, were discussed to the removal efficiency of chromate. Furthermore, the optimal experiment condition has been defined. The results of the test show : the pH value has no prominent effect on the removal efficiency of Cr( Ⅵ), and when the adding quantity of HDTMA - zeolitized fly ash is 20 g/L, temperature and time of adsorption are separately 30℃ and 60min, the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ) carl reach about 90%.
