摘    要:本文选用美国戴安公司ICS-900型离子色谱仪研究粉煤灰吸附富营养化水体中的氨氮,用甲基磺酸溶液作淋洗液,通过对淋洗液溶液浓度和淋洗速度的优化,将NH;分离出来,并与纳氏试剂光度法做比较以分析其可行性。经实测分析结果可以看出,离子色谱法的线性相关性高,调节淋洗条件,就能较好地分离出各种元素,且与钠氏试剂光度法测定结果比较,两种方法测定结果没有显著性差异,表明离子色谱法可替代纳氏试剂分光光度法研究水中的氨氮。

Abstract:This study adopts Dionex ICS - 900 ion chromatography to study the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen in eutrophic water on fly ash, with methyl sulfonic acid as eluent solution. Through the optimization of eluent concentration and the leaching speed to isolate NH4+, Nessler reagent and ion spectrophotometry were compared to analyze their feasibility. The results show that ion chromatography has high linear correlation. It can separate various elements when choosing right leaching conditions. The re- suits of these two methods have no significant difference, indicating that ion chromatography can replace Nessler reagent spectro- photometry to determine ammonia nitrogen in water.
