应用哈希便携式分光光度计快速测定水中锌

摘    要:通过标准样品、实际样品测定、加标回收以及与标准方法的对比实验,验证哈希仪器比色法快速测定水中锌的准确度和精确度。结果表明:方法的线性范围为0~1.00mg/L;标样平行实验的相对标准偏差为0.72%,实际样品平均加标回收率104.5%,准确度、精确度和回收率均满足分析要求;与火焰原子吸收法测定结果比对,相对偏差均小于5%。因此,哈希便携式分光光度法适用于水中锌的应急监测。

Abstract:Zinc in water samples is measured by HACH DR2800 portable spectrophotometer. The results showed that the line- ar range is between 0 and 1.00 mg/L, and RSD of parallel standard samples is 0. 72% , the average recovery rate of spiked sam- ples is 104. 5%, so that precision, accuracy and spiked recovery of the method can meet the practice requirements. Compared with the results of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry( FAAS), the average relative deviation is less than 5%. It indicated that HACH Portable Spectrophotometer is suitable for zinc element monitoring in emergencies.
