摘    要:文章分析了安徽省现有水质自动监测站布设情况和国内外相关研究情况,指出了现有水质自动监测站建设的不足之处,明确了水环境质量预警和水质断面目标考核两个优化布设目标。就水质自动监测站点位优化的筛选方法进行研究与讨论,提出“理论筛选一现场调研一综合打分”三步走策略,在此基础上提出了水质自动监测站布点三级指标体系。并采用德尔斐法确定权重,建立了合理性综合指数评价体系细则,为环境管理提供了参考。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the status and optimization design methods of automated water quality monitoring stations in Anhui province and relevant research situations at home and abroad. It clarified two optimization goals of water quality early warn- ing and water quality selection target evaluation by pointing out the shortcomings of the existing automated water quality monitoring stations. A three - level comprehensive index evaluation system was put forward to show the rationality based on the research method of three - step strategy of "screening theory--site survey--integrated score". Further research shows the comprehensive index evaluation system adopted Delphi Method to determine weights, providing reference for environment management.
