快速溶剂萃取荧光分光光度法测定近海沉积物中的油类

摘    要:本文探讨了快速溶剂萃取荧光分光光度法在近海沉积物油类测定中的应用,并与浸泡振荡萃取,超声波萃取荧光分光光度法比较。实验结果表明,快速溶剂萃取法具有时间短,萃取效率高,方法简便等优点。而且其精密度和回收率相对其它两种方法较高。

Abstract:The application of accelerated solvent extraction by fluorescence spectrophotomentric technology for the oil in the offshore sediment was discussed in this paper, and contrasted by the shake - flask extraction, ultrasonic extraction fluorescence spectrophotomentrie method. The showed that the method of the accelerated solvent extraction oil from offshore sediment has many advantages including high recovery, good precision, short time, low solvent consumption and easy to use.
