四川省汶川地震灾区后重建时期的融资研究

经过三年的灾后重建,汶川地震灾区经济得以恢复和发展。然而在国家大规模重建资金及社会无偿捐赠的拉动效应基本结束的后重建时期,汶川地震灾区经济发展的可持续性受到严峻挑战,资金来源成为解决问题的关键。通过对地震灾区恢复重建时期融资和后重建时期融资进行比较,有针对性地提出了后重建时期汶川地震灾区满足融资需求的几点建议。

Analysis on Post-reconstruction Financing of Wenchuan Earthquake-stricken Area in Sichuan Province

The economy of Wenchuan earthquake-striken area has recovered and developed thanks to the post-disaster reconstruction in the past three years.But in the post-reconstruction without the boosting effect of extensive national funds for reconstruction and free social donation,the economic sustainable development of Wenchuan area meets severe challenge and the financial source is still the bottleneck of the solution.Based on the comparison between the financing of post-disaster reconstruction and post-reconstruction,some suggestions have been posed up to meet the needs of post-reconstruction financing in Wenchuan stricken area.
