| Abstract: | As a developed and effective way for the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction,the safe-community construction is an important approach for the government to enhance its ability for the social emergency management.Learning the experience and lessons from Shijiazhuang municipal government in its safe-community construction,we proposed 11 suggestions for the government for the safe-community construction. |
