On Building up Index System for EIA of Industrial Park And its Application

Based on the illustration of the five fundamental principles for the construction of eco-industrial park, the frame work of related index and application methods were introduced, furthermore the characterization of index frame work and principle of project was accessed by using an example of LiaoNing western spatial fertilizer plant on the other hand it was asserted that the index frame work and principles should be applied flexibly to cope with the complexity and otherness of the industrial system.
