根治1t以下小锅炉污染的对策

针对目前抚顺市小锅炉烟尘污染治理存在的问题，文巾提出了政府在财政预算中应列出专项治理资金，赋予环保执法部门在审批有关经营项目中的一票否决权，开发符合扰顺地区经济发展实际需要的煤气、石油液化汽清洁燃料等七项切实可行的整治对策，以有效防止小锅炉污染治理反弹现象的发生。

In terms of the problems existing in dealing with those smaller boilers with steam generation capacity lower than 1t/h , It was asserted that the government should create a kind of special funds for the control of air pollution and environment department should be endowed with the veto right only by which the related enterprises wouht be cancelled.
