| 摘 要： | 从生态城市的概念，人类需求与生态完整性，空间尺度，结构与功能匹配，城市绿地，物种流６个方面介绍了生态城市设计和建设的基本思路。介绍了生态城市设计的技术方法。并以三亚城市生态规划为例介绍了生态城市建设的实践。生态城市是都市规划和建设和最佳模式，在总结系列实践工作的基础上，对生态城市建设做了理论和实践总结，以推动生态城市建设早日推广。

| Abstract: | The idea of planning and inplemcntation for ecological cities is approathed fron six aspects: the ecological city concept, human need and ecological integrity speatial scales, the mutually relation between landscape smicture and functions. green fields and species flows.Practical methods applied to ecological city designing are also introduced based on a case study of Sanya City.To cities' planning and construction, ecological city is the test model. The purpose of this paper is to present a thcoretical and methedological approach to ecological city planning and steer its construction. |
