| 摘 要： | 对比分析了国内外废旧轮胎回收利用技术和现状，从法规、制度、管理、技术等方面分析了我国废旧轮胎资源综合利用产业发展中存在的主要问题，建议应尽快完善法律法规体系，建设具有法律保障的回收利用体系，促进废旧轮胎回收利用产业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the versus analysis of reutilization of abandoned tires in EU and china and discussion on relevant technics and present situation of its recycle, the main problems existing in the recycle were probed from the aspects of relevant code, system, management technics and so on. In order to prompt and relealise the sustainable development of reutilization of abandoned tires, relative suggestions in recycle were made. |
