我国的区域环境规划现状与趋势

对环境问题的系统研究表明，环境问题具有区域性的特点，根据环境的区域性特点，实行区域环境规划，着眼于宏观，具有整体性，长远性和科学性的工作，是环境保护的必然发展趋势。我国在区域环境规划方面已经积累了一部分经验，但还应进一步加强，必须建立起多层次的相互协调的区域环境规划，促进经济建设和环境保护的协调发展。
