山西采煤矿井废水深度处理与利用研究

摘    要:煤炭矿山开采生产过程中所产生的大量高浓度矿井废水,直接影响和阻碍着煤炭矿山和当地村庄居民经济社会的可持续发展和进步。目前,全国大多数煤炭矿井废水均在采用常规的混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒等初级处理方法,其对高矿化度的矿井废水处理极为有限,因而在较大范围内制约着煤炭矿井的综合与全面利用。因此,加快开展和推进煤炭矿井废水深度处理的研究与实践,扩大和引深其矿井废水的利用领域与空间,迫在眉睫。本文通过对山西煤炭矿山矿井废水采用离子交换、电渗析、蒸馏和反渗透等处理效果的比对实践,分析了煤炭矿井废水反渗透处理技术可行性与广阔的应用前景,指出了煤炭矿井废水深度处理,可显著提高矿井废水处理回用利用率,拓宽利用范围,实现煤炭矿井废水资源化和矿区经济社会可持续发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:This paper based on the effect practice of the Shanxi coal mining waste water treatment by ion exchange, electro dialysis, distillation and reverse osmosis, analyzes the coal mine waste water reverse osmosis treatment technology feasibility and broad application prospect, and points out the coal mine waste water deep treatment, can significantly improve the utilization rate of mine wastewater reuse to broaden the scope of use, realize the coal mine wastewater resource and the inevitable trend of the economic and social sustainable development in the mining area.
