摘    要:本文通过对不同的常规除尘设备的工作原理以及除尘性能进行研究,重点分析了电袋式混合除尘器、静电旋风式混合除尘器以及湿式电除尘器三种混合除尘器的技术特点,指出混合除尘器和凝并器能有效提高除尘器去除PM2.5的效率,对工业发展和保护大气环境具有重要意义.

Abstract:In nearly a decade, with the progress of industrialization and urbanization in our country, particulate matter emissions growing, particulate matter pollution problems of our country, the affected scope and degree of pollution is gradually expanding, atmospheric environmental situation is not optimistic. How to effectively control particulate matter emissions and promote significantly improve air quality is to break through the environmental problems in China, in addition to control the top policy design, make the scientific road map, it is important to select effective technical means, is pushing particulate matter pollution control effectively carry out the important essential way. The working principle and removal performance of some conventional dust removal plants are introduced in this paper. Three kinds of hybrid precipitator, such as electro - bag precipitator, electrostatic cyclone precipitator and wet electrostatic precipitator are mainly discussed. Their technical characteristics are analyzed and it is indicated hybrid precipitator and coalescer can improve the removal efficiency of PM2.5 effectively. It has significant meaning for industrial development and air protection.
