| Abstract: | Performance management is to promote the local government to build ecological environment of effective means and methods. The construction of ecological environment in local government performance management, we should use the performance management to promote local government to carry out the ecological environment construction. In this process it should be focused on the following key problems： to improve the environmental protection in the government performance evaluation system in the position and proportion; explore the establishment of dynamic assessment system of ecological civilization construction, the environ- ment quality and ecological development of regional monitoring and tracking; national environmental function division incorporated into local economic and social development plan, become local government performance evaluation of the basis and content; adhere to the concept of performance management, promote the whole process environmental risk management; strengthen target responsi- bility system, constructing scientific development mechanism; from internal assessment to both inside and outside the examination of change. |
