| Abstract: | In Hangzhou as China＇s first batch of low carbon city pilot for chance, studied Hangzhou low carbon city construction background, basic principles, objectives, focus on the analysis of the low carbon city construction in the problem of existence, put forward Hangzhou city to low carbon city construction index system, basic task and management points. The main points are： from the source control incremental stock, optimize industrial structure and energy structure; strengthening process supervision, strengthening of carbon source and sink of statistical accounting basic work and energy saving and emission reduction management; attached to the terminal end of control, according to the characteristics of the development of ecological city construction, carbon sequestration, promote green system construction and wetland protection. |
