浅议噪声污染与防治

由于工业的高速发展和城市人口的急剧增加，噪声污染已经渗透到社会生产和生活的各个领域，成为世界公认的四大环境公害之一。噪声污染有多种来源和分类，有不同于其它环境污染的特点。噪声的防治应该从声学系统出发，综合考虑，制定技术上成熟、经济上合理的方案。只要采取适当的、有针对性的措施，噪声污染是可以预防、控制、降低、消除的。

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON NOISE POLLUTION AND MEASURES OF PREVENTION AND CONTROL

With rapid development of industry and sudden growth of urban population, the noise pollution has permeated into each field of social production and living, and it has become one of four biggest environmental pollutions as known over the world. There are different sources and category of noise pollutions, it has its own characteristic different from other environmental pollution. Based on Acoustics system, the prevention and control of noise pollution should be considered comprehensively to formulate mature and reasonable program technologically and economically.
