淮河入海道滨海枢纽工程沿线水环境质量调查

摘    要:简述淮河人海道滨海枢纽工程开挖前后,其沿线水系及工业污染源结构的变化,并对沿线水环境质量变化作了具体分析。工程沿线水环境质量的变化主要受水系的改变和污染源结构变化的综合影响。提出在加入工业污染源治理力度的同时,还应注意相关水系范围内的农业、生活等方面产生的面源污染。建议水利部门在规划水建工程时,应对水环境质量和周边生态进行全面、客观地评价;内城河船闸在不影响几主要功能的情况下,应保持开启状态,让优质的中山河水补给内城河,从根本上改善内城河的水质。

Abstract:Simple explanation about changes of water system and its industrial pollution sources and specific analysis on water environmental quality before and after the project implementation.The change of water quality mainly affected by the modification of water system and structure of pollution sources.Suggestions were made that while strengthening the control and prevention of industrial pollution sources,the pollution from agriculture and daily life within the water system should also be paid attention.Recommendations to water resource management departments was that when formulating waer related construction plans,complete and objective assessment should that when formuating water related construction plans,complete and objective assessment should be done on water environment quality and ecosystem around that areas.Also,ship floodgate of Neichent River should be open if no major impact on other functions so that high quality water from Zhong Shan River con give supply to Neichent River to improve its water quality.
