费氏弧菌发光法对Cd^2+及镉污染土壤的检测

摘    要:采用发光细菌法(费氏弧菌,Vibrio.fisheri)对镉污染的土壤及Cd^2+进行毒性检测,分析了不同浓度Cd^2+和不同镉污染梯度的土壤对发光细菌发光抑制率的影响。结果表明,在0.32~48mg·L^-1这个浓度区间,Cd^2+对费氏弧菌的剂量一效应关系为CUBIC曲线,相关系数在0.92~0.96之间。镉污染土壤的临界浓度为10mg·kg^-1;土壤镉污染程度越重其pH值越高。

THE EXAMINATION OF Cd2+ AND Cd polluted soil with Vibrio. FISHERI LUMINESCENCE

Abstract:The toxic examination of Cd^2+ and Cd polluted soil are developed with Vibrio. fisheri luminescence, the impacts of different concentration of Cd^2+ and different Cd polluted soil on restraining rate of luminescent bacteria are analyzed. The critical concentration of Cd polluted soil is 10 mg·kg^-1, and more Cd pollution degree the soil has, higher pH value it is.
