| Abstract: | In ecological construction, the buoyancy, efficiency and sustainable development are highly decided by the speed, quantity, cost, and difficulty of the transference from ecological effect to economic returns. Ecological management plays an essential role in the economic returns transferred from ecological effect. This article penetrates with originality into the source,essence, content, technology, method and means of ecological management and therefore, shows the exact way for underdeveloped areas to cultivate the consciousness and capability of ecological management, and to strengthen the plausibility of sustainable development. |
