| 摘 要： | 介绍了太湖流域生态补偿现状,对太湖流域生态补偿的理论及存在的问题进行分析和探讨,提出太湖流域生态补偿关键要建立生态补偿法规、实施垂直统一的环境监测体系及对水质自动监测设施监管,为我国环境资源区域补偿实施提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the ecological compensation state of Taihu basin was introduced.The ecological compensation theory and problems of Taihu basin were analyzed and discussed.By analysis and discussion,it was suggested that establishment of ecological compensation laws,implementation of the interlocking environmental monitoring system,and monitoring of automatic water quality monitoring facilities are crucial to the ecological compensation of Taihu basin.The present work provided a reference for implementation of region compensation of our national environmental resource. |
