| Abstract: | The difficulties and pressures of energy conservation and pollutions reduction were analyzed in this paper.And the measures of energy conservation and pollutions reduction,such as the promotion of China＇s manufacturing to China design changes,carrying out famous brand strategy,collecting the carbon transfer tax,perfecting the index system,correcting achievement view and national general mobilization,were put forward in the study. |
