锅炉节能节水近零排放成套技术的工程实践

摘    要:采用锅炉节能节水近零排放成套技术对企业锅炉系统进行改造,保证企业锅炉在零排污工况下的安全、经济运行,降低了企业能源和水资源消耗,减少污染排放,降低企业生产成本,增强企业竞争力,具有安全、节能、节水、减排等特点。实践证明:锅炉吨蒸汽补水量从1.5m^3下降到0.073m^3;吨蒸汽废水排放量从1.4m^3下降到0.004m^3;吨蒸汽耗煤量由168.3kg下降到152.3k;锅水溶解固形物从3000mg/L下降到2100mg/L;碳钢腐蚀率≤0.001mm/a、阻垢率≥99.95%。2台35t/h中压锅炉年可节约费用825.3万元。

The Engineering Practice of the Boilers System for Energy and Water Saving and Near Zero Discharge of Wastewater

Abstract:Renovation is done to the boilers system for saving of energy and water and near zero discharge of wastewater. Some sufficient conditions to guarantee the boilers are safe and economic operation in the zero - emission conditions. So it could reduce energy and water consumption, pollution emission, production cost, and enhance enterprise competitiveness. The boilers system is featured by safety, energy saving, water saving and emission reduction. The practice shows that the boiler supply water quantity of per ton of steam has decreased from 1.5m^3 to 0. 073m^3 , the waste water discharge of per ton of steam from 1.4m^3 to 0.003m^3 , the coal consumption of a ton of steam from 168. 3kg to 152.3kg, the dissolved solids of boiler water from 3000mg/L to 2100mg/L, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel is less than or equal to 0. 001mm/a, the scale inhibition rate is greater than or equal to 99.95%. The 2 sets of 35t/h medium - pressure boilers will save cost of 8. 253million yuan an annual.
