| 摘 要： | 本文研究了过硫酸钾氧化紫外分光光度法测定总氮的过程中，通过标准曲线、标准物质、具体试样的一系列测定探讨，发现试剂、实验用水、实验器皿、实验环境等对测定结果有很大影响。
