| Abstract: | We analyse the reasons of the poor quality of EIA from the EIA system,mechanism and management.And seek to fundamentally improve the quality of EIA by conducting the collaborative EIA,carrying out EIA by bidding,conducting post-evaluation,strengthening EIA approval and establishing the EIA accountability mechanisms. |
