| Abstract: | Sustainable economy development in China required the transition of environmental management methods from planning-based to market-based. The changing of relative principles and the selection of micromanagement means were discussed, especially the macroeffections and the implementation of pollution tax were analysed based on analysing the conflictions between environmental pollution and economy development. |
