电化学催化氧化法降解水中甲基橙的研究

摘    要:采用电沉积-热解氧化法制备了含有中间层SnO2+Sb2O3的钛基体二氧化铅电极(Ti/SnO2+Sb2O3/PbO2),以甲基橙水溶液为模拟废水,研究了所制备的电极对其所具有的电催化氧化脱色性能。考察了电极制备条件对电极催化性能的影响,同时对甲基橙脱色降解实验条件进行了优化。用该电极对含60mg/L甲基橙的模拟废水处理2h,脱色率可达到82.21%,COD去除率为76.75%。

Abstract:The electro-catalytic oxidation relates to an anode which is made of Ti/SnO2+Sb2O3/PbO2,and prepared in the laboratory.The experiment conducted is to evaluate the anode's property affected by the process of the anode preparation,and to analyze the operational parameters,which affect the degradation of the azo dye,such as current intensity,pH of the solution and the time needed for electrolysis.
