摘    要:研究了 HPL C分离 -安培法检测四种优先控制污染酚的色谱条件。在 Shim- pack CL C- ODS柱上 ,以 0 .1mol/L Na H2 PO4 +0 .0 5 mm ol/L EDTA· 2 Na+1% CH3 COOH(p H3.0 ) +5 0 % CH3 OH作流动相 ,氧化电位 +1.0 V检测。工作曲线的线性范围在 0~ 30μg/ml,检测限达 ng/m l

Abstract:The conditions for the determination of four phenolic prioritypollutants by HPLC with electrochemical detection were reported .The priority phenols were separated on a shim-pack CLC-ODS column. A mobile phase consists of 50% CH3OH +0.1mol/L NaH2PO4 +0.05mmol/L EDTA.2Na+1%CH3COOH (pH3.0). Detection pote ntial at+1.0V(vs.Ag/AgCl).The results reveal linear working curves in the range of 0~30μg/ml with detec tion limits of ng/ml grade.
