摘    要:针对目前膨润土在应用中的一些问题,对膨润土进行磁性能改性,通过共沉淀法制备磁性膨润土颗粒,并对其进行了X射线衍射和磁性能表征分析.以阴离子染料OrangeⅡ为目标化合物,研究了磁性膨润土材料对OrangeⅡ废水的吸附效果,并探讨了主要工艺参数如阳离子表面活性剂的质量浓度、pH、温度等对染料去除率的影响.结果表明:阳离子...

Abstract:We should take action to deal with the bentonite to improve its magnetization,according to the limitation on the practical application.Bentonite-supported magnetite particles were prepared by co-precipitation and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and magnetization measurements.The adsorption effect of bentonite-supported magnetic particles on wastewater containing OrangeⅡwas tested.The effects of the dose of surfactant,pH and temperature on the removal were studied.Results showed that cation surfactant is useful for adsorption of OrangeⅡ.The process was less affected by pH in a wide range,when pH>7.4,the removal rates was reduced from 98.4% to 92.6%,and the removal was decreased with the increase of temperature.Compared with the organobentonite,not only the dispersion improved,but also the turbidities of the supernatants decreased.In the sedimentation time of 8 min,the turbidities of the supernatants are below 10 NUT.
