Abstract:Orthogonal test was used to optimize the pre-treatment method on soil samples,and the determination method on total linear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LAS) in soil was established,matching with the water quality-determination of anionic surfactants by methylene blue spectrometric method(GB7494-87).Dried soil samples was firstly extracted in 20 mL ethanol water solven(t 70%) under the condition of shaking for 2 h at 45 ℃ water bath,and then centrifuged for 20 min at 4 000 r/min Operating fluids was made after diluted for 20 times and the supernant reacted with methylene blue was measured at 652 nm.The method precision was 0.24%~1.89%,recovery was up to 91%~97% and detection limit was 0.020 mg/kg.The method was adaptive for the determination of LAS in soil samples and made the experiment results comparable with the analysis of water samples using methylene blue spectrometric method.
