摘    要:文章对一种颗粒状废水处理剂去除水溶液中Pb2+进行了研究。考察pH值、温度、处理时间、Pb2+浓度、水处理剂的用量、比表面积及颗粒大小等因素对去除Pb2+能力的影响。研究的结果表明:水处理剂去除水溶性Pb2+的主要作用机理为溶解沉淀过程;反应速率在pH2.5~5.5范围内与pH呈负线性相关,与Pb2+浓度呈正相关关系。较低的pH值,较长的处理时间和较高的反应温度可以适当提高水处理剂去除Pb2+能力,最大可达253.2mg/L;水处理剂粒度在1~5mm之间,比较符合生产的要求。比表面积与去除Pb2+能力呈正相关关系,可作为水处理剂去除重金属离子能力强弱的重要评判标准之一。

Abstract:Removal of aqueous lead by a granular wastewater treatment agent was studied.The effects of pH of solution,reaction temperature,reaction time,Pb2+ concentration,quantity of agent,agent size and specific surface area on the removal efficiency of Pb2+ were studied.Results indicated that main action mechanism of aqueous lead removal by the agent was dissolution-precipitation.Reaction rate had negative linear relation with pH and positive linear relation with concentration of Pb2+ in pH range of 2.5~5.5.Excellent removal efficiency of Pb2+ was obtained at low pH,long conditioning time,high temperature and high initial concentration of heavy metal ions.Agent size was required as 1~5mm to meet the requirement.The specific surface area of wastewater treatment agent can be acted as one of evaluation standard of removal ability of Pb2+ because of linear relation between them.
